What’s the difference between a custom home and a spec home?
A custom home is a one-of-a-kind residence designed and built for you. A spec home is built with pre-existing features which lack variety and customization.
How long does it take to build a custom home vs. a spec home?
The timing of the project depends on many factors, but design decisions and planning are some of the most time consuming prior to construction. The design and planning phase will determine our construction timeline. Our spec homes will be built in about 10 – 12 months and our custom homes will be built in about 12 – 15 months.
Do you have homes available now?
We always have properties in various stages of design and construction that are available for presale.
What if I already own a homesite?
Schedule an appointment with us so we can come and asses the site at no cost and no obligation.
What if I need to purchase a homesite?
We are a fully licensed Real Estate Broker and will be more than happy to assist you with any home and homesite buying needs.
What are the benefits of having an in-house architectural plan designer?
We are constantly updating our designs, functionality and value engineering with our in-house Architectural Department. These benefits get passed onto our clients.
What are the benefits of having an in-house interior designer?
We keep constantly up-to-date in the most recent trends and always have an upgraded library of design choices for all interior and exterior finishes.
Do I have to contact someone at your company to see my home during the construction process?
We take safety very seriously. As a result, we have very strict conditions when it comes to accessing an active job site. But scheduling a visit to your job site is just a phone call away. Our helpful Field Mangers will be happy to give you a tour.
How long does my warranty last and what’s covered?
We offer up to a 10 year warranty on some of the components of your home. Please see our Warranty Document for further details.
Is my home energy efficient?
Your homes comply with some of the strictest Title 24 calculations in California. This includes efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning verifications, with energy efficient windows and doors, as well as insulation, just to name a few.
Can I tour a couple of homes that you have completed?
We always have homes available to tour at various stages of construction. But better yet, visit our beautiful showroom and see what your future home might look like!
What is the price per square foot of the homes you build?
After our initial pre-design meeting, we will be able to give you what we call the budget parameter price per square foot. This will help you get a ball park figure for the per square foot cost.
